- A lovely work environment, really friendly and relaxed - Discount on HelloFresh boxes :) - Financial incentives - Freebies! - Great work-life balance - Co Founder Patrick is regularly in the office checking on everyone and building relationships

Cons

- Training could be improved, the majority of the time you have to ask around or work things out yourself

Leaving every day and permanently after that, the occasional free banana

Cons

Being excluded from the 'popular' friends circles in the Customer Care department, achieving high ratings in job performance but watching others get promoted over you even though you literally watch them shop online all day while you work really hard, illegal pay, two-faced management, a neglecting CEO who is extremely rude and blames every fault on the CC team, false promises, unhealthy work culture - constantly eating all day unhealthy foods and never moving around or being encouraged to leave your seat, long long hours meaning no social life, plain rudeness, FAVOURITISM. Clearly the team manager review here is bias as they don't have to worry about the above.

*Opportunities to move up - there are number of ways you can contribute to other teams and departments. Hard work is definitely noticed (I have had two promotions in under 12 months) *Awesome culture - everyone is amazing. I consider my colleagues my friends also. *You can speak your mind - this is a big one for me! I have become so confident since I started here and I know I can tell my team members and managers any concerns queries or thoughts I have. *HelloFresh is addictive and fast-paced - everyday is a different day.

Cons

*It is still a young company, so there is a limit of what we can do process / software wise. But that doesn't mean that we will not achieve it, it just means it is still being achieved. *Renumeration - for me, the rewards are beyond a $, but because HelloFresh is a toddler, the pay is a little low.
