Pros
Nothing. Getting to go home at the end of the day.
Cons
Everything. Pay rate is super low, they sell you on "performance based pay" which no one ever gets higher than minimum ($19 an hour no matter how old you are) because the goals to achieve to earn more are impossible. Favouritisim is high, intelligence and professionalism is low. Be prepared to be promised many things like moving up in the company and not being treated like a slave, but those promises will never come to fruition.
