Was not informed by management that a coworker tested positive for Covid and had worked in office all week without a mask
Promised a caseload of 70, never went below 95
No standard of procedure, things change DAILY and you're expected to remember all changes and get in trouble when you don't
On call is a full week, you come in exhausted and expected to work a full 8 hour day after getting calls at all hours of the night. You are compensated for on call though.
Tons of cases that are a liability, but its brushed under the rug because of money
Unrealistic expectations about what you can get done in a 40 hour week
No overtime unless RARELY granted by upper management, but you are disciplined if you dont get everything done
Focus is on tiny issues but ignore the big ones
Allow clients and caregivers to verbally abuse office staff
Take back cases that were terminated by the company because of money
