Pros

Great program through IDOA. Rewarding to help seniors in finding more care. Supportive supervisors. Great work/life balance.

Cons

A lot of information to learn, but proper training is provided. Compensation could be better.

Pros

Local Branch associates and office environment were top notch, caring and efficient. Staff extremely family oriented and accommodating.

Cons

Upper Management and Corporate has very little -- if any -- regard for branch office employees. Showed no care for employees relative to quickly and equitably providing PPE for in-home caregivers during the COVID pandemic. In general, Corporate does not listen to the needs or concerns of the local branch offices. Leads to high turnover and low morale.
