It wasn’t hard work. Basically you observe clients and write ABC data.

Cons

Only get paid 0.32 per mile. I was putting over 500 miles a week on my car and the gas prices shot up. It’s definitely not worth putting mileage on your car. Because mileage equals repairs and maintenance. A company car should be provided.

The best part of the job was being able to stay in touch with my clients daily meeting them face to face to work on any questions or concerns they may have

Cons

Management was horrible. If you are not part of the group of friends and don't do what they want, you can be treated pretty poorly. Workers were very unprofessional most of the time, taking advantage of the system, not allowing their workers to go ahead and get the hours they needed instead they would go out and service these clients accepting gifts and taking on extra money.
