Thank you so much for your review, it is always fantastic to hear such great feedback about working with our clients. Thank you for helping them continue to live independently in their communities, and keep up the amazing work! We did experience some unexpected and unforeseen issues that impacted payroll back in the fall. We felt horrible about the situation and worked to resolve it as quickly as possible to ensure that all our valuable team members were paid as quickly as possible. Help at home works hard to meet or exceed industry standards for compensation and it is something that is reviewed regularly but also depends on Medicaid reimbursement rates.
