The merge

Pros

Working with the clients and seeing them smile

Cons

The merge between Help at home and Adaptive hasn't went well. There letting most of the Help at home staff in the office go for no reason. Giving a 2 day notice before they don't have a job is crazy.

Unethical new leadership

Pros

Pros could have been provided prior to the new corporate leadership.

Cons

A new corporate leadership came in and to ensure the company had enough money to cover their salaries changes had to be made. Not only were these individuals hired into positions that never existed before but they have 0 home health experience. They decided to throw the most vulnerable population away because caring for them was too hard. They have no compassion for the developmentally disable population. The changes they have made has caused these individuals anxiety and fear since the people that have been taking care of them for years will be gone. I wouldn't allow this company to provide services to my family because they could decided their care takes too much work and cast them aside.
