Time limits to get to other clients because of trains it was difficult.

Pros

Freedom to choose amount of hours. Freedom with working on your own.

Cons

No pay if client cancels for scheduled hours. Wear and tear on your own vehicle. Homes that have undesirable conditions (rodents, pest issues, bug issues, non working equipment or non space for equipment (hoyer lifts, transfer chairs, ect) Clients that are very borderline home health/nursing homes. Staffing shortage issues. Issues with families not understanding range of care and families not caring for the client in ADDITION to help provided.
