Pros

Chose my own hours and worked as much as I wanted

Cons

Management is horrible. If your patient goes into the hospital (and sometimes they will for months) there’s never any work available. I left due to this issue

Smaller work enviorment, big on celebrating birthdays and community events

Cons

Micromanaging, poor field staff, calls constantly when on call, office equipment and software very outdated
