A fun and laid back company

Pros

I really enjoy working here. The culture and environment is extremely laid back and we all have fun. The location in downtown Chicago is great. I admire the company's mission and values. They do a great job helping the elderly and disabled and make a difference in people's lives. The health insurance and vision insurance here is very good.

Cons

The pay for admin staff is far below what you will find at other companies. Also management can take a really long time to make moves and lets bad things drag out for too long. Their dental insurance sucks and the don't match for the 401K. There isn't much opportunity for advancement.

Pros

meeting new people and having them thank you for the work being done in their home that needs to be done and the services done for them as well.

Cons

Not enough hours and not enough pay by the hour to make ends meet. Always struggling pay check to pay check.
