      Pros

      Staff was great to work with and boss was great to work for.

      Cons

      Pay wasn't good. Corporate if falling short on the pay scale and causing the company to lose staff

      Pros

      Very thorough training, ongoing training. Staff really care about the seniors. You get trained in advocacy for the elders as well as home care skills. I went to a really great Christmas party before starting, so there are employee activities outside of work that make you feel part of the community.

      Cons

      Not enough work, I had to quit because of lack of work. Picky clients will ask for somebody else without giving you a chance. Menial house work- laundry cleaning etc...
