Pros

Hands down the best part of this job are the clients. Flexible schedule Decent pay Plenty of available shifts Understanding management team The teamwork that is displayed between coworkers and supervisors. I can say that every person I interact with advocates for the clients and assists them in self advocation. Down to the core the compassion is there .

Cons

Co-worker interactions. Too many people are concerned about who likes who and gossiping. It distracts from the message we are supposed to be about and the excellent care we do provide. Management does address this and it is improving. Other than that there are no cons I can think of.
