Pros

You get hired no matter how old you are, just meet the requirements

Cons

They don't have enough clients, for the hired staff, full time workers are lucky if they get 20 hours a week, Family and friends are 40 hour employees, administered staff works a 40 hour week but don't seem to care if the home care aides can pay their bills or not only earning $10.05 hr.

Pros

The staff at Help at Home is great. They offer new opportunities often and stay on top of their trainings.

Cons

They are a newer office so they have many new opportunities with clients available which means you may receive a lot of calls about new shifts they want you to take on.
