Pros
-A majority of the clients are fun to work with. -If you're looking for a lot of hours, this is the place to be. -You basically hang out with the clients the whole time, while making sure they are not in any danger and assist them only when needed. -They are understanding about issues with your personal life most of the time. -The main office and all of the client locations are within 20 minutes of each other.
Cons
-Extremely long shifts (normally anywhere from 10-14 hours, but can go all the way up to 24). -Almost every week, you are working these long shifts back to back (anywhere from 2-5 days in a row). -Their services are offered 24/7, which means you can be scheduled at the most random hours, such as 6am-8pm, 10pm-5am, 5am-10pm, etc. -Employees don't get their schedule until the day before the week starts and very often have to call the office for Monday's start shift time so that the employee will know when/if they have time to pick their schedule up that day if they cannot do it the day before. This makes it very difficult to plan anything outside of work. -The "extensive training" is not extensive whatsoever and only involves making new workers read the back story of their client and not what to do in different situations during the present day.
