Cheap insurance and that's about it. This place sucks they believe in being disrespect because they feel you won't leave because other agencies won't pay as much as them

Cons

Everything about this place is unprofessional from Medicaid fraud to the bribery in Illinois. As long as you don't mind sucking up to upper management you'll get promoted. Then you join a team of bullies that treat their employees like dirt

Able to work days for the most part.

Cons

Every day there were new "rules" depending on who you spoke to. Upper management and supervisors all lie both to your face and behind your back. Very unprofessional and unethical! Constantly told that your work is horrible. Poor morale.

If I could give 0 stars I would but that’s not possible… Everything regarding the SAVANNAH, GA office. I am unaware how other offices do things but management is unprofessional, pay to workload ratio is so so sad, no raises and if there is a raise it’s $0.10, will pile on work with no support, they do not care about caregivers or office staff. This is NOT somewhere anyone should work. I am truly surprised they even have any employees, most employees only stay based on relationships built with clients/caregivers.
