They give you patients more qualified for Certified Nursing Assistants to work with but cannot legally hire CNA's to work with those clients.

Pros

Training is available! If you want to learn what a Home Care Assistant does? You have the right company for training. I feel they have a better system for recording working hours now due to phone automation and daily work order sheets to record duties.

Cons

I haven't had a raise in five years! It's all about the corporate finance is really cutting this opportunity to bits. We should all know where are our money goes. Even though I get paid for my work, there needs to be more initiatives on how service workers get compensated throu out on a daily or yearly basis. We don't get EIC, instead we get a Worker's Credit at the end of the year!
