Able to make own hrs. A few good Supervisors

Pros

For the most part, the clients are wonderful. Very satisfying to care for and spend time with them.

Cons

During my interview, I was mislead on important points such as pay scale (lower than I was quoted), mileage ( there is none paid), benefits ( way out of range). Often I was not given a care plan in a timely manner nor a correct phone number for a new client. It's very frustrating to enter a new client's home and have not been told what I am to do for them. Orientation was a joke; so many important points of the job were not covered. It was a struggle to get more hours unless I wanted to drive over an hour for a client who received less than 2 hours care.
