      Pros

      Clients are great, set your hours worked for the company just shy of 8 years.

      Cons

      The pay needs to be more, they need to invest in their field workers via, better insurance, vision and dental, retirement plan, milage pay for the CNA/HHA, more room for advancement within the company, maybe that way there will not be a high turn over rate like it is now.
