Pros

Helping people is awesome. No pros for this company.

Cons

After 4 years, hours were cut. Found alternative employment and left a month notice. Kept 1 client that was 100. Fired for inability to attend meetings. Filed a grievance with union. Was told I would be contacted by mail and phone of next steps. Union did nothing. Never heard anything from anyone. Paid union dues for over 4 years and they never had my back.

Love work with elderly

Pros

I loved it at first but when you need to talk with someone in the office never no one was there to talk to you ...loved working with all my clients

Cons

Payroll was never right and when trying to speak to someone it would take about 3 days and that's calling 2 to 3 times a day
