Pros

The clients are the only good thing about this job. Some flexibility with scheduling if your clients home happens to be fully staffed.

Cons

Terrible pay and benefits for the job performed. It's all about the money, management doesnt care about the employees and even less about the clients. Has everyone in there stressed and scared for thier job because they want to walk around with their chest puffed out and show everyone "who's boss". Everything trickles down to the clients eventually, keep it up and you won't have any clients.
