Pros

Flexible schedule, enjoy working with the people who require a little extra help.

Cons

Management is awful, they can't update information for people to be able to provide care. If you criticize them, they send a stupid "pep talk". How about instead of looking up stupid information, you do your job. Make you drive distances to try to get full time work and no benefits without full time hours.
