Pros

Some clients were wonderful. Plenty of hours that you dont want

Cons

When i was hired i was told there would be flexible hours. The only thing flexible was me. They do not properly train you or tell you much about the clients.

Pros

There really are not any. Except loving the work you do. If you wany to make a difference, you will.

Cons

Management doesn't care about staff, nor do they jave their back. Inconsistant policies, policies change to fit the uppermanagement's will. Policies differ from office to office.
