Freedom and flexibility, able to travel or stay at home and become a caregiver for your own family member.

Cons

Could pay a bit more than $10/hr Also, why are we doing away with gloves, masks and hand sanitizer? Just because Covid is “over”. PPE is a definite requirement and should continually be offered working in the healthcare field.
