Pros

The money is good, and if you want to work a straight 8 to 5, Monday through Friday shift, with no overtime, weekends, or holidays, there are few opportunities for that in nursing, and this is one of them.

Cons

The company does not care at all for its employees or its clients. It is a money-making machine and you will be a cog in it, or you will be expendable. No support from management. They really are not interested in what you can contribute, beyond using your license to make a buck.
