None, they will drag you down and belittle you every chance they get!

Cons

Everything! They only care about themselves. Talk bad about others behind their backs, lie, falsify documents, horrible pay. The list can go on and on!

I enjoyed the work and my clients. I wish they paid more. They kind of dropped me into a situation with a client that required a ton of care even though I had zero experience. Luckily for me, the caretaker I was replacing was willing to train me. I learned quickly and felt good about helping people.

Cons

Not enough pay for the work.
