Pros

Easy to get hired, quarterly trainings, weekly pay, able to help the elderly community.

Cons

Management is sometimes hard to get ahold of & I sometimes have issues with my check so I have to submit a time sheet.

Pros

The ability to work remotely. Given you're in the same boat at a horrible company as your peers, there develops a feeling of "we're all in this sinking boat together", so there's that.

Cons

PE owners are only concerned with "cost savings" and yet won't give up their jet. Recommendations of staff who have valuable input are ignored in favor of a small group of "mean girls". Vice President managing a topic they know little about and provides no support for their employees, while all the while micromanaging to a ridiculous level.
