Good Management is key

Business Outlook

Pros

You get to help people who really need these services. You get to work outside the office, so most days and you are not just sitting at a desk.

Cons

Doing all the home visits yourself... you have no back up person to cover you. Too much work for one person. But you have to be ready to cover the fornt desk, cover for the class instructor, and act at as an emergency supervisor, and get an HCA to cover a client if they are short handed. No increase in pay if you are not a favored by management.
