plenty of available hours, good rate of pay in my area for this industry, flexible scheduling

Cons

office communication is not very good, management switches around a lot without knowing who to contact when you have issues or questions.

Had a very good work life balance. I was allowed to leave early on the days that my child had basketball games.

Cons

There was work, piled upon work. Too many clients files, not enough Staffing Supervisors.
