Pros

There are many Pros to working at Helping Hands Family. The first pro is that you have a great team of creative and supportive RBTs and BCBAs who will help you become an amazing RBT or BT. The second pro is that you get to grow as an individual and as an employee. I have grown from a BT to an RBT and from there will start my BCBA fellowship in February. There is many opportunities to grow in our company that makes us stand out! Another pro is that you get to help amazing kiddos and make a difference though out their life.

Cons

Like any ABA field you may experience burn out but with HHF you have a great support system to help you when you feel stressed.

Pros

Every person I've worked with shows so much passion for the ABA therapy field and Helping Hands Family! It helps that everyone is working toward the same goal, living our mission and culture on the daily. Makes for a happy place to work where management values your ideas and your hard work.

Cons

None, but if any were to arise I feel comfortable enough going to management and discussing potential solutions to improve them. I know my opinions and suggestions are not only acknowledged but valued here at Helping Hands Family.
