HHF provided great mentorship when you’re fulfilling your supervision hours. They also give admin time for when clients cancel or have you sub another case. They try to make sure that you will still have the hours that you asked for. Great benefits. Major holidays off and have floating holidays

Cons

Block schedules can be exhausting. You sometimes don’t have a break because some PSS don’t take into account your drive time.
