Pros

RBTs and clients are great

Cons

Leadership is horrible! Training is horrible! I worked there for 2 months and had 4 days of shadowing/training! I was also the full time caregiver for my mother who had stage 4 cancer and I was fired 1 week after my mother died bc the schedule didn’t improve even though 7 RBTs gave notice within my last 2 weeks of employment which meant the schedule was going to get worse!!!!

Pros

Clinics give more stable hours

Cons

High turnover, upper management changing a lot all the times but not always in the employee’s best interest, and the ball gets dropped a lot.
