Pros

Company culture Benefits package PTO package Compensation Bonus programs I worked at Helpside for almost 4 years. The last 18 months of my personal life were very trying. It was because of the support of upper management, the payroll manager and team that I can say I have overcome the toughest challenges. They never gave up on me and always challenged me professionally. The skill set I developed while employed is proving extremely beneficial to my new employment.

Cons

Tough and stressful deadlines The lack of "team contribution" for the newer team members Finding work/life balance in such a deadline driven environment

Pros

Parties, benefits package, compensation, bonuses.

Cons

Little flexibility in how days and hours are scheduled and time-off policies, it benefits the company not the employee, Beware of hiring into the payroll department, other departments seem to be better. In payroll they are constantly changing policies without telling you. You need to do a lot of brown nosing to get ahead. Very cliquish. If one employee does something wrong the whole department suffers the consequences and has to be punished by living with new restrictions. Lots of outdated policies. Managers say they want us to have a work life balance but there is a lot of micro-managing. The underlying focus in payroll by managers is control.

This Company Values Their Employees

Pros

The Senior Management listens the employees and values our opinions. We feel valued when our suggestions are implemented. Also, the rich benefit package helps us realize that they know how important it is that we can take care of our families. They provide a work life balance some departments with a flex schedule as well that shows that they in tough with what is of value to us. They also like to have fun provide fun activities through the year which include some opportunities for prices and bonuses.

Cons

The only con that comes to mind is growth within the company.
