Pros

This company does really good quality engineering work. I was always proud of what we produced and never sacrifieced safety. There are a lot of good employees here. Most people took pride in working for Henderson. The CEO is a good leader and is taking the company in the right direction. I had a lot of comfort in the company under his leadership.

Cons

Most of the managers are promoted based on how long they have been with the company rather than their capabilities. This should be revisited.

Some really great people Beer on friday's They care about technology and having the latest IT setup for their engineers

Cons

Benefits aren't special. Flextime is touted as a flagship benefit, but in practice it's very limited Inconsistent workplace culture I've lost interest in my job, but that's more personal than on a reflection of the company

Pros

Great flexibility in schedule, no micro managing, open communication with leaders. This company has and shows respect for its staff and is willing to create environments where employees can grow.

Cons

None at this time. There are much worse places to work where employees don't feel appreciated and are taken for granted. This is no such place. The support that you will get from your colleagues is refreshing.
