I’ve been a sales associate for the past 13 years at Honda Cars of Rock Hill. I also worked at City Chevrolet as a Service Writer for 7 years. Both dealerships are part of the Hendrick Automotive Group. Rick Hendrick has continued for years to go above and beyond for his employees. When the Covid pandemic began he did not lay off one employee and even made sure everyone’s pay wouldn’t be less than the year prior. My General Sales manager Joel Suggs has gone above and beyond for all the employees at Honda Cars of Rock Hill. I have seen a lot of long term employees retire and some still working with over 25 years with the company! That is why Hendrick Automotive Group is so special, where you are name not a number. At times since you’re in a customer service realm there can be stressful situations come up when vehicles breakdown or situations where parts on back order, but Mr. Hendrick has a list of Core Values to be servant leaders and work together as a team to overcome any obstacles.

Working for the Hendrick Automotive Group has been a terrific experience. Leaders within the organization truly take care of the individuals within the workplace. There is great pay, benefits, and relationships. Lots of potential opportunities to change positions and grow within the company.
