      Pros

      Monthly luncheons, giving back to community

      Cons

      Not everyone is treated the same. Management has their picks. Same people get rewarded and acknowledged all the time when others work just as hard and are over looked. Take care of the employees that take pride in your company. Employees pay rate doesn’t matter to management. Takes forever for a performance review and when they are performed. No discussion of a pay increase. It’s like it doesn’t exist. All they care about is making the number quota and looking good to the owner. Claim they are family oriented that’s a blatant lie so much confusion and destruction. Always wanting staff to donate financially to a cause but can’t increase employees pay for them to contribute for every monthly cause.

      Managers are very disrespectful. Everyone there including the receptionist is a snob.

      A Long Time Employee

      Pros

      Wonderful relationships with customers and Mr. Hendrick's vision. This company has potential to be the best,if it's willing to diversify!! Mr. Hendrick, you need to take care of tenured employees.

      Cons

      The longer you stay with this company the less you will be paid and the less you will be appreciated! Limited opportunities for minorities, you will be able to work in support roles ,if you are a manager you will have the position without the pay or authority! No minority MAVP's and a handful of minority General Mangers.
