Don't care about personal time at all. Got 0 paid days off the first year and only 5 days the second year. Had to work with car salesmen, they were all sexist and said degrading things towards me every day. No concept of what is okay in a workplace environment. Toxic and unprofessional. Hired to do photography, left doing photography, website, social media, video work, newsletter, ads, coming up with sales specials for the store, and many other things that are too much to mention. Workload did not equal the pay. I was doing 4x as much as other photographers and getting paid the same amount. Whenever there was a problem we would bring it up to management and the problem would continually get ignored. Watched several people get promoted, several times, while we were left in the corner. Never felt apart of any team, almost felt like we were an outside company with how badly we were treated. Overall it is an awful place to work for and it gives me anxiety just driving past there.

Don't fall for the signing bonus gimmick they use to get you in the door...it doesn't exist. The GM himself told me the company doesn't give signing bonuses. If you are promised anything, GET IT IN WRITING or you will NOT GET IT. BOTTOM LINE. MH is the biggest liar of them all. Management makes promises they don't keep. They will say anything to get you in the door, but never follow through with it. Management at this location is deceitful, lies to employees and doesn't back you up. Management paints a picture of the work likfe balance that doesn't exist once you start working there. Management claims you will get a lot of turned hours, and they will fight for your pay, but they don't. Benefits cost a lot for your portion, but don't cover anything. the warranty clerk will dupe you out of money every chance they get because management only cares abotu company profit not you making a living. they will screw you wherever they can.
