      Pros

      the health benefits and processes were great. Co workers were like a big family. Can be a good environment

      Cons

      The pay for how many hours you can is not worth it. Management is less than par. The attitude of management if you have a problem or concern isn't even worth it. The unappreciate of working your butt off.
