      Pros

      Great group of employee's. Large group of people working so when you need to take time off most of the bases are covered. Free healthcare. Paid week off for sick time

      Cons

      Managers lack character and the so called "Core Values" that Hendrick says he prides himself on. You are a number to them and replaceable at any given time. So you should keep your mouth shut and do as you're told. They do not value their employee's. If you verbally exercise your right to speak up about situations watch out for a write up in the next few weeks after, which then leads to being let go.

      Pros

      Free health insurance Toyota is a great product Great location and i got along well with most of my co workers.

      Cons

      The manager is a manipulative person whose energy is not good for the place. Berated me when i was just a new employee for selling a car he planned to give a salesman he liked. The pay plan is not good. It is designed for to overwork you for an ok pay

      treats their employees like crap

      made great money when the work was their and you wasnt getting screwd out of your paycheck

      Cons

      they claim this is a family company but in reality the only family they care about is the ones that run the show in charlotte we got told mayb a month before hendrick sold the hyundai dealership and basically kicked all its employees to the curb. they wouldnt give us any information about transfering to another brand and told us that if we got a job offer from the new companyand dont take it then we are blacklisted for 2 yrs from hendrick auto group. basically we was not givin the time to make a educated decision about our carees. so if you have any other options than working for hendrick take it
