Pros

Met some really cool people in my time there. Pretty decent benefits, but you need to be there an entire year to get any of them besides health insurance. (Average salesperson lasted 2-3 months tops). You usually work every other Sunday and they're short shifts. It seems like the service technicians are actually taken care of.

Cons

Pitiful base salary compared to other dealer groups that use a base+commission structure. Commission structure is nothing like any other dealership, you could make the dealership several tens of thousands of dollars but if you didn't make enough phone calls or get enough reviews back from customers then they'll shame you and not pay you a dime. I've sold 15 cars (this would usually pay around $5,000-7,000 in commission in my market) and only got a paycheck for $600 over not spending all day talking on the phone. Management makes it very clear they have no interest in your health or wealth. They often require you to work 10-15 days in a row, all 10-14 hour days.

Pros

Has a great training program that takes you step by step with practice. The people were great to work with.

Cons

We were expected to make a ridiculous amount of calls per day. The hardest part was having to basically lie to the customers and run them in circles on the phone until they agreed to come back in to the dealership whether we could actually help them or not.
