      Pros

      Clean facility. Free health care if you are single. The older crew is very helpful to those new in the industry. Not as cut throat as other places.

      Cons

      -Cut our pay and now we only make $7.20 with NO COMMISSION. We were lied too when it happened and told it would be a pay plan change but better for us. Now many of us can not pay our bills and are losing everything. -They have us scheduled to work over 60 hours a week. We do not get overtime on the $7.20 -Management lacks compassion as they ask how we are doing and trying to persuade us to stay when we have been placed into poverty. -They hire people and lie to them about the nature of the job and the potential pay...those people then quit so very high turn over. -No general concern about the employees well being and happiness. Morale is very low here and from what I can read nationwide. Be wary of the positive reviews from "current employees". Especially when all of the negative reviews are addressing the same thing. Money. Most of us work to live and not live to work. You work for money and this place is not PAYING.

      Pros

      If you've been with the company for a while and are single the health insurance is free which is a great benefit it includes medical, dental and eye care. For me personally I feel like I have job security.

      Cons

      Around 2010 the pay cuts began, without any explanation they managed to cut my salary by 30k while the company continued to make maga profits.For me personally, the cuts caused me to lose my house and my car, which even to this day has destroyed my credit. Hendrick automotive group used to be a "family" type company but as of a few years ago the employees feel like just a number to the suits at HAG, while the upper management continue driving their fancy cars and enjoying their big houses. I was PROUD at one point to work here but like many/most employees now a days, it's just a job until something better comes along

      flexible hours, great benefits, very rewarding i think my job is a great one and would recommend it to everyone the hendrick org. has great values and supports it's staff all across the board

      Cons

      as a sales consultant you will be exposed to weather and you may put in some hours depending on how successful you want to be and at times the sales process can be slow but that's just becuase it must be done right when some one it buying a vehicle
