      Pros

      Great benefits,nice working facilities, easy to transfer between dealerships. Employee gets free medical insurance, life insurance and after 3 years, glass & dental

      Cons

      Before 2013 it was a great atmosphere, most employees very happy. Very proud to say I work for Hendrick. Mr. Hendrick wants servant leadership, which is fantastic BUT management in my store do not follow it. Most have never been on halo!!! Major salary cuts to everyone. Most don't feel valued or appreciated. We are losing fantastic employees because of pay plan cuts. Some have been here over 20 years that have left or planning on leaving soon. I have been here 10 years

      One of the Best in the Industry

      Pros

      There is a solid company culture of promoting from within. The company is continuing to grow which is providing new opportunities for upcoming managers. As the company continues to grow the leadership still strives to take care of their employees by paying health premiums, etc. If you work hard and have a great attitude your career path will take care of its self.

      Cons

      None really, with growth comes growing pains but the company with good leadership they will over come.
