Fire and brimstone morning meetings which blame the sales staff for all the ills of the world. Worst pay plans in the state. No upward mobility - finance managers and sales managers are recruited from outside. And mind boggling turnover as a result of it all, which management does not care about. If you want to leave, good. They'll just waste more money training the next greenhorn who walks in the door rather than paying the people with company experience a little bit more in base salary.
