      Pros

      Sales training. You do also get a first-hand view on how not to treat a customer

      Cons

      zero respect for employees- even less for customers. Customer surveys (sales consultants have to get customers to write positive review and score all perfect --- or lose substantial portion of commissions). This is used primarily to protect Hendrick from customer complaints. Educated consumers would NEVER purchase a vehicle from Hendrick

      Extremely underpaid and under appreciated!!!

      Pros

      Free health insurance and 401k company contribution. Two weeks vacation time. Employee discounts on service repairs. Free car wash. Hendrick has great concept for employees... They just need to ensure Hendrick's philosophy is upheld in each and every dealership to reduce turnover.

      Cons

      No job reviews and put off when asked for one. Pay cuts when you already work unreasonable hours!! Either you have the egotistical narcissistic management or the ones with two faces. Punishes current employees for past employees lack of expertise. Very depressing and gloomy place to work.
