Pros

Friendly environment and easy going staff makes work fairly easy

Cons

Management has neglected a the previous sales staff in favor of younger employees that can be paid less to do the job. Has lost more than half of the sales staff in a 3 month turn around who had all worked for years. In terms of pay it is the oddest and convoluted pay structure where they ask for 3000 on a dealer pack. If you are not on top of surveys and happen to receive any survey below a 10 you are docked anywhere between 500-1000 on your pay check. Not worth between the 50-60 hour work weeks it takes

You will have to sell your sole. Long hours, deal with harassment and bad management.

Worst company I've every worked for

Pros

I literally sign in to glassdoor once every few years just to leave this company a review due to how awful they are. The pro to being in the cult is you get to be in the cult (almost verbatim what I was told by management.) And benefits!

Cons

Imagine you were just taken in by a cult. You are lied to constantly about how terrible the world is outside so you will put up with things that sane and rational people would quit over. Pay is cut, personal time is taken, schedule is changed every two weeks as you are driven into the ground so this garbage company can put more dollars into it's pockets. I'm extremely pro capitalism and one of the benefits of capitalism is that employees have the freedom to fire garbage companies like this one. I know multiple people who have permanently fired this company, including myself.
