Great company, poor compensation and horrid benefits

Pros

Amazing company and environment to work.

Cons

Salary. Raises average 3% or less annually. They make you use your own time at every holiday to be off. Sick time kicks in after three days. No benefits for education outside if nursing, and all education comes out of pocket and they will reimburse 5k a year after your degree meaning you get 5 k. Health insurance is expensive and a joke, you pay less in many cases as a cash pay.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We routinely review and implement market adjustments in addition to annual merit increases to stay competitive with our compensation. Our benefits and time-off package is designed to support employees and their families, and we offer a robust tuition assistance program that covers a wide range of fields including nursing, surgical technology, respiratory therapy, physical/occupational therapy, lab professionals, and more. We’ll continue reviewing our offerings to best support our team.

Sick pay

Pros

They pay bi weekly and my coworkers are nice

Cons

Sick pay is only allowed to be used after 3 consecutive days out of work. If you call out of work with mild symptoms, they force you to stay out for 48 hours. Also, no paid holidays. Labor Day I don’t have to work but I also don’t get paid. So if I want a full paycheck? I have to use CTO (their equivalent to PTO)

Thank you for your feedback. We recognize that time away from work is essential to employee health and overall well-being, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. Our Cash Time Off (CTO) program is structured to include accruals for holidays, ensuring employees are supported throughout the year and using time off as they choose to. Additionally, we have implemented a progression plan that increases CTO accruals based on years of service, rewarding long-term commitment. Beyond this, we maintain a distinct sick leave bank, allowing employees to accrue time specifically designated for illness-related absences per our policy. We remain committed to regularly evaluating our CTO and sick leave programs to ensure they remain equitable, competitive, and responsive to the needs of our workforce.

Good pay for a small town, I am able to work just weekends and still have benefits which helps me watch my children during the week and get paid extra working that plan.
