Pros

The employees are great as they really do work hard to attain the moving goal posts. Its the upper level management that is horrible

Cons

Upper Management is very sexist. Comments about woman and how they dress and what they would do. "Business trips" rife with "meetings" Use of Racist language always manages to get sewpt under the rug for employees running ticket. Promote puppets so they can say they are Diverse. Upper Management will only use email when attempting to document someone to push them out.

Pros

Learning on the job. No automotive skills required. Quick and easy advancement on a management track if you apply yourself.

Cons

Only upward movement is on a track to management. You will cap out on how much automotive knowledge you can gain here since they only do maintenance and actively discourage us giving any advice to customers outside of mileage recommendations for service.

Pros

Cons

For Managers: Mandatory 50 hour work week - Positions past Store Manager are gate kept - Counter intuitive standards and expectations often shift their course (one week or month a statistic, budget, or procedure will be a priority or of interest and the next it doesn't matter) - High Turnover for Managers - Approximately 80%+ hold less than 1-3 tenure - Micromanaged by office staff that never step foot in the operations field - Expected to take calls on your timeout without compensation - Expected to take on job roles outside the scope of your job description and expectations on a daily basis - Much, much more....
