Pros

Lots of opportunities for advancement. Well structured. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. I worked for other VIOC franchises and the level of commitment from Henley is above and beyond others.

Cons

Not many. It does require lots of hard work and long hours, but it is worth it if you put in the time.

they are over shadowed by all the cons.... so the pros don't even count....

Cons

Some of the downsides to the company... strict sales requirements... lots of talk and promises then they don't deliver... the only two ways of moving forward in the company are you either know someone, or you slaughter your customers with sales..... the pay is minimal and the work is to the maximum... Friends make more cooking rice at fast food restaurants... they don't follow the values set out by the company, but you better know them when they ask... which makes it a complete joke...

Great company to work for! The company is family orientated and has great vision and values. I say that most employees really enjoy working for Henley. Everyone is friendly and works hard to reach a goal as a company.

Cons

The distance to the work location can be a hassle due to the traffic on the freeways.
