-Fair salaries/hourly wages -Promotes from within -Great health insurance -PTO for management -Commission incentives -Drama-free work environment -Respectable superiors

Cons

-Tough commission structure, you have to work very hard and clientele to make your commission -Corporate has a tough time seeing anything other than numbers on paper, doesn't take the time to listen to you

Fun girly environment, able to play while you sold merchandise to customers. It was great job while getting my degree.

Cons

Doing the floor sets could keep you there till 3AM, however that was only a few times a month.

The benefits are good the pros start and stop there.

Cons

This company cannot get it together in the payroll department. Myself and many others throughout the company have not been paid correctly multiple times and sometimes are forced to wait months till we get our money. The company is stuck in the stone ages. Everything is on paper... Or must be called in with excruciating hold times. You cannot get a hold of anyone. If I want to reset my hr access password theres a 45 minute hold. This company is a mess from the top, all the way to the bottom. No one can get it together. If you get a job interview here run for the hills cause you are in for a bumpy ride.
