      Can’t think of any thing

      Will interview you, offer u a job, once accepted send you a bunch of different people to contact you for paperwork, then push your original start date out 3 weeks, then call you a week later and say never mind you can’t start because we’re taking the offer back

      Pros

      Worked with BestChoice very flexible easy to work with only required 24 hours a month only have to float to minimum 2 hospitals, allow for opportunity to take time off to do travel nursing

      Cons

      Depending on the unit can be short staffed, if you are float nurse some units will give the worst assignments. Compared to other hospitals, salary is on the lower side

      Management was unhelpful and as much involved with office gossip as the CSR. Responsibilities and opportunities were based on the managers favorite employs and HR was willing to side with them.
