      Favoritism in shop. Cater to the snitches and dead weight people that Think they are mechanics. Unqualified people put in management positions that have NO clue how to manage. If you want to work with someone that milks the clock and has unlimited smoke breaks while everyone else pulls their weight. Go ahead and apply. Youll regret it.
